The Sales Team
VP of Sales
Jeff Brown began his career in 1976 as a dispatcher for the US Aggregates’ sand and gravel operation located in Plainfield, IN. He shifted to sales in 1981 and was appointed Vice President of Sales in 2000. He currently serves on the Indiana Mineral Aggregate Association’s Board of Directors.
Caleb Brown has been working in the construction materials industry for the past 8 years. After graduating from the Indiana University Kelly School of Business in 2005, Caleb went to work for Rinker Materials as an account manager for 5 years. In 2010, Caleb took a position as an account manager for US Aggregates. Caleb is energetic, full of life and loves a good challenge.
Paul Overton has over 30 years of experience in the aggregates industry and specializes in sales, logistics and customer service. He attended Indiana University and Indiana Wesleyan University majoring in Business Administration. Paul’s experience and education helps him to bring unique solutions for customer needs and challenges.
Jordan Holt has been in the construction industry for the past 10 years. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in Construction Engineering Management and has had the opportunity to work for some of the best known construction companies in Indiana; Bowen Engineering and most recently Milestone Contractors. Jordan possesses a depth of experience in construction operations and estimating and is eager to put those experiences to use.

Kari Reynolds began her aggregates industry career 20 years ago as a dispatcher for Knox Trucking. Two years later, in 1998, Kari joined the staff at US Aggregates’ Richmond Plant as a dispatcher. She has served in a variety of roles over her past eighteen years with the company. In 2012 , Kari became a Certified Aggregate Tech in the State of Indiana. She acquired her State of Ohio Mine Foreman certification in 2015. Quality , Safety, and Customer Service have always been top priority for Kari and she looks forward to serving the customers at all of her locations.

Area Manager, Northern Operations
Tony Maniscalli has more than 30 years of experience in the aggregates industry. He attended Purdue University Calumet. His career includes extensive experience optimizing plant efficiency, operations andmanaging personnel development. Tony’s experience covers a variety of large and small operations, including stone quarries and sand and gravel plants. He has served as an Operations Manager for plants ranging from 4 employees producing 250,000 tons annually to over 100 employees producing 8.5 million tons annually. Tony is passionate about creating an excellent safety culture. Tony’s leadership experience in safety, production, environment, health and community are a valuable asset to the US Aggregates team.
Area Manager, Eastern Operations
Mark LeFever has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in Construction Engineering and also an Associate’s Degree in Auto Diesel Technology from University of North Western, Lima Ohio. Prior to joining US Aggregates in 2012, Mark had the opportunity to work for and eventually become President of LICA Construction, asphalt paving contractor. Mark brings a wide range of aggregates business experiences to the US Aggregates team, from equipment knowledge, estimating, project management, process control and business finance management. Mark is driven to utilize these experiences to provide a quality aggregate products and services to US Aggregates customers.
Area Manager, Central/Southern Operations
Perry Newman has more than 35 years of experience in the aggregates industry. From 1982 to 2012, Perry was employed by LaFarge North America. Perry was responsible for numerous quarries across North America, as well as special assignments in Russia and South Africa. Perry managed all aspects of quarry operation and production management, including staff training and development, budgeting, operations management, property and equipment, health, safety and security and due diligence consultations. Throughout his time with LaFarge, Perry maintained an impeccable health and safety record and gained broad experience in efficiency evaluation, planning, and program implementation. Perry also brings significant heavy equipment experience to the US Aggregates team, including Caterpillar wheel loaders, rigid frame haul trucks, track dozers and related support equipment.
