We are thrilled to announce the successful project completion of our creek crossing at Crawfordsville. This project provided a unique solution to a site with reserves separated by Black Creek, a natural stream. “Our teams developed an engineered solution to continue mining activities without disrupting the natural stream flow,” said US Aggregates Director of Operations Kristin Sweeney…  “The project not only provides access to additional reserves, but it also minimizes the environmental impact needed to access them.”

Shoutout to our incredible engineering, environmental and Crawfordsville sand and gravel plant team, as well as our valued machinery manufacturing partner TCI Manufacturing for their dedication and expertise in bringing this project to fruition. This project prioritized environmental preservation and operational efficiency while showcasing the power of engineering innovation.
