The new road at Prophetstown State Park removes the straight line approach to the park entrance gate on Swisher Road and creates a scenic drive that will eventually wind through prairie and oak savanna, and include access to a recreational lake for the park. This project, completed by US Aggregates and Milestone, is the fifth Centennial Legacy Project to be dedicated in 2016.
