Pat Enlow has been working with US Aggregates for about 22 years. As the plant operator and leadman at the Thorntown sand and gravel plant, he assists with plant production and project supervision.
Pat came to Thorntown after wanting a career change and learned about an open position from Brian Morrison, who manages the Crawfordsville and Thorntown plants. Pat and Brian are family friends and have known each other most of their lives. Their relationship makes Brian’s recognition even more special to Pat. “It means a lot coming from Brian,” Pat said. “I’ve known him for quite a while. For him to pick me as the spotlight guy, that really means a lot to me.”
Brian wanted to recognize Pat for all the work he does to ensure plant operations are moving smoothly. “I don’t know anybody who has as much dedication and commitment to a job as Pat,” Brian said. “He works harder than anybody I have ever met.” Their relationship brings ease to Brian. He is confident Pat will keep him updated if anything happens, even if he is away from the plant. “It makes me feel comfortable that I can leave the plant and know everything is safe,” Brian said.
When Pat isn’t working, he enjoys being outside and playing golf.
Thank you Pat for all that you do at US Aggregates!
